Out of all the states, Utah – in my book – wins the award for best biking adventures. World-class mountain biking abounds between the red slickrock mecca of Moab and the bike parks of Salt Lake City. There are also tons of overnight bikepacking and touring opportunities as well as some of the most scenic roads for cycling and gravel riding.
